In 1995, following a divorce from my college sweetheart, I found myself an overwhelmed single parent of two teenagers. After selling the successful service business I had owned for fifteen years, I began a new career helping others who also, for various life changing reasons found their home no longer met their needs. My own frustrations with purchasing homes amid the changes that occur—from first-time homebuyer to newlywed couple to babies to teenagers to an empty nest—gave me a desire to help others discovery the joy of also owning their personal sanctuary and deep compassion for the uncertainties that accompany that process.
Since I moved from the deep South to Northern Colorado in 1980, I have felt the pride of attending graduations of both of my children from our exceptional local school system, participated in numerous volunteer groups and witnessed the Fort Collins/Loveland/ Windsor Region population triple almost 300,000. Being a part of that growth process has provided me vast knowledge of various neighborhoods, schools, and the distinctive “personalities” of each town. That knowledge, coupled with my previous Accounting and Business Management experience, enables me to provide the information needed to help clients make an intelligent decision in this very personal and emotional financial investment. The five valuable years I worked for a national builder from 1995-2000, provided me a unique, hands-on education on the intrinsic process of building a home and gave me an eye for construction quality. This knowledge adds value to our clients through each phase of the Buying and Inspection process, whether it is brand new or a 100-years old.

We combine our many gifts to serve you, whether it is your desire to invest in rental properties or to identify, locate and move into your dream home!

I began my real estate career 17 years ago after being lured away from a medical administration position by my real estate broker-mother, Pam Collier. My mother was working with a local builder at the time and needed an extra hand helping with her business. Learning the “ropes” in this business from a top selling broker like my mother is one of my greatest achievements. I like to call myself a “Real Estate Brat” as I was also preceded in this business by my Grandmother, Dorothy Reynolds. Being a Third Generation broker along with other successful real estate family members in the Colorado market makes me proud to think this runs in our genes!
I have been married for 15 years to my “high-school sweetheart”—even though we went to completely different high schools. We actually met in a local billiards pool hall and share a passion for playing pool to this day. We have one fur-baby, a black labrador, named Olive. She is three-years old and was born on Halloween, my all-time favorite holiday. I am a horror junkie and love all things scary, creepy and costume related! In my free-time I enjoy fishing and hunting with my husband. We enjoy vacationing in camping and fishing related destinations as well as Las Vegas for a pool tournament or some fun and relaxation.
In my real estate business, I work very closely with each of my clients to the point that we build a relationship similar to the trust of a family member. I enjoy all things that goes into the buying or selling process of a home. My disclaimer when working with Buyer clients is how I am extremely honest and will give my actual opinion on a home including reasons to (or not to) purchase a home. I find that people want to hear the positive and negative aspects to help them arrive at a decision. When working with Seller clients, I find that communication is key, with weekly meetings in order to stay on track with the successful sale of their most important asset.
This business is my true passion and I stay on top of the most recent technology and local market information to give each of my clients the best tools and most accurate information to help them achieve real estate success.
